Tracey Lepine
Chief Executive Officer

Co-founder Tracey Lepine is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with an extraordinary ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels of an organization. She brings to every project a solid background in strategic planning, project management, employee development and relationship building. Highly effective in sophisticated environments where the ability to grasp and navigate organizational complexities can make or break a project, Lepine applies her powerful, interactive listening skills to analyze, strategize and inspire project team efforts to exceptional levels of productivity. She is a results-oriented leader whose entrepreneurial spirit, solid experience and creative thinking give her a unique ability to create a self-directed, energized, effective culture within client organizations. Outgoing and approachable but highly focused, Lepine radiates energy, enthusiasm and innovation throughout every project. She has a unique ability to attend to details while holding the big picture firmly in mind.

Lepine honed her talent for management and organization through a series of entrepreneurial positions at Lennar Corporation, a top-ten homebuilder; Palazzo, Inc., a business services consulting firm, where she served as chief executive officer; JD Edwards leading an international ERP internal implementation; Dewberry and Harbinger Corporation; and Elk Corporation.

Lepine is an avid golfer and a certified Nia white belt dance instructor. Together, these activities build strength, character, and precision, all valuable assets in her professional life. Lepine holds a BA degree in marketing and advertising from the University of Oklahoma and is in the process of completing an MBA program from the University of Denver. She is also a JD Edwards (Oracle) Certified Professional and is experienced in various financial, operating and CRM software applications.
Sarabeth Keating
Chief Operating Officer

Sarabeth Keating is a strategic problem solver who focuses intensely on customer needs. She interacts effectively with people at all levels of an organization. Her outstanding project management and implementation skills deliver timely, effective, solid results for her clients. Before co-founding Blueprint, Keating was a project manager and application consultant with Palazzo, Inc. There she led a software implementation of expense management in JD Edwards OneWorld, including writing the user documentation and training 30 employees in use of the system. As a change management consultant for Dewberry, a consulting engineering firm, she provided facilitation and end-user documentation solutions that aided in the new software deployment and end-user acceptance. As project consultant for homebuilder Lennar Corporation, Keating implemented financial processes and controls for several of the company’s accounting departments. She was also a senior project manager for Augusta Realty, where she provided financial software renovation and account reconciliation support.

To focus her mind and unwind from the demands of her professional responsibilities, Keating participates in triathlon events throughout the United States. She recently completed her first Ironman distance event. Keating holds a BS in natural resources from Colorado State University and an MBA with a specialization in finance from the University of Denver. She is in the process of becoming a Certified Project Management Professional.
